北海道宗谷地方で、
竜巻などの
突風が
発生したとみられるとして、
午前10時11分、「
竜巻注意情報」を
発表しました。
The Japan Meteorological Agency issued a Tornado Advisory at 10:11 a.m., as a tornado or other sudden gusts of wind are believed to have occurred in the Soya region of Hokkaido.

3日午前10時前、
北海道幌延町付近で「
竜巻のようなものが
見えた」という
情報が
気象庁に
寄せられたということです。
According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, just before 10 a.m. on the 3rd, they received information that something like a tornado was seen near Horonobe Town, Hokkaido.

10キロほど
北側に
見え、
東のほうに
進んだあとすぐに
消えたということです。
It was seen about 5 to 10 kilometers north of the Teshio Police Station, and after moving east, it disappeared soon after.
