Self-Defense Forces submarine collides with Hong Kong ship in the sea of Kochi prefecture
Around 11:00 am on the 8th, a submarine of the Self-Defense Forces collided with a 50,000-ton ship registered in Hong Kong in the sea of Kochi prefecture.
潜水艦は海の上に出る途中でした
The submarine was on its way out to the sea
I knew there was a ship nearby before I bumped into it, but it seems I couldn`t avoid it.
In the submarine, the part containing the antenna on the top was broken and three people were injured.
There were no broken parts on the Hong Kong ship and no one was injured.
The submarine has entered Kochi Port and the Self-Defense Forces and the Japan Coast Guard are investigating the cause of the accident.
People who are fishing say, If the small boat we use hits, it will sink.
The submarine is in the sea so we don`t know
