Hayao Miyazaki’s animated film ”Spirited Away” is popular all over the world

たくさんの神かみ様さまが住すむ不思議ふしぎな世界せかいで、女おんなの子こがいろいろな経験けいけんをして成長せいちょうしていく話はなしです

A story about a girl growing up through various experiences in a mysterious world where many gods live.

去年きょねん、東京とうきょうで初はじめて劇げきになりました

Last year, it became a play for the first time in Tokyo

劇げきをつくった会社かいしゃによると、来年らいねん4月がつから7月がつ、この劇げきをイギリスのロンドンで行おこなうことが決きまりました

According to the company that made the play, it has been decided that the play will be held in London, England, from April to July next year.

日本にっぽんで行おこなったのと同おなじように、2人ふたりの俳優はいゆうが主人公しゅじんこうの「千尋ちひろ」を演えんじます

Two actors play the main character, Chihiro, just like they did in Japan

ほかの俳優はいゆうも全部ぜんぶ日本人にっぽんじんで、日本語にほんごで劇げきを行おこないます

All the other actors are Japanese, and the play is performed in Japanese.

日本語にほんごの劇げきを外国がいこくで3か月げつも行おこなうのは珍めずらしいことです

It is unusual for a Japanese play to be performed abroad for as long as three months.

劇げきの歴史れきしが古ふるいイギリスの人ひとたちにいいと思おもってもらえるかどうか、注目ちゅうもくされています

Attention is being paid to whether or not British people with a long history of the play will find it good.

会社かいしゃは「宮崎駿みやざきはやお監督かんとくがつくった千尋ちひろを、世界せかいの人ひとたちが劇げきでも好すきになってくれたらうれしいです」と言いっています

The company says, ”I would be happy if people around the world liked Chihiro created by Hayao Miyazaki in the play.”
