一部いちぶの物質ぶっしつが有害ゆうがいとされる有機ゆうきフッ素化合かごう物ぶつ「PFAS」について、農林水産省のうりんすいさんしょうは国産こくさんのコメや牛肉ぎゅうにくなど14じゅうよん品目ひんもくを対象たいしょうに調査ちょうさを行おこなった結果けっか、平均へいきん的てきな食生活しょくせいかつでこれらの食品しょくひんを食たべても国くにの食品しょくひん安全あんぜん委員いいん会かいが示しめした目安めやすを上回うわまわることはなく「健康けんこう影響えいきょうが生しょうじる状況じょうきょうにはない」とする試算しさんを公表こうひょうしました

Regarding the organic fluorine compound ”PFAS,” which is considered to be harmful to some substances, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries conducted a survey of 14 items, including domestic rice and beef, and published an estimate that even if you eat these foods with an average diet, it would not exceed the guidelines set by the national Food Safety Commission and that ”there is no health effects.”

有機ゆうきフッ素化合かごう物ぶつの「PFAS」は一部いちぶの物質ぶっしつで有害ゆうがい性せいが指摘してきされていて、このうち「PFOS」と「PFOA」の2ふたつについて国くにの食品しょくひん安全あんぜん委員いいん会かいは、毎日まいにち摂取せっしゅしても問題もんだいがないとされる量りょうの目安めやすを示しめしています

The organic fluorine compound ”PFAS” has been pointed out to be harmful to some substances, and the national Food Safety Commission has provided an estimate of the amount that is considered to be free from any problem when consumed daily.

農林水産省のうりんすいさんしょうは、28にじゅうはち日にちに開ひらかれた有識ゆうしき者しゃの会議かいぎで、昨年度さくねんど行おこなった国産こくさんの農産物のうさんぶつなどに含ふくまれるPFASの調査ちょうさ結果けっかを公表こうひょうしました

At a meeting of experts held on the 28th, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries announced the results of the survey on PFAS contained in domestic agricultural products and other products held last year.

それによりますと、調査ちょうさの対象たいしょうとなったのは、
▽コメやキャベツなどの農産物のうさんぶつ4よん品目ひんもく
▽牛肉ぎゅうにくや牛乳ぎゅうにゅう、それに卵たまごなどの畜産ちくさん物ぶつ5ご品目ひんもく
▽マイワシやアユなどの水産物すいさんぶつ5ご品目ひんもくの
あわせて14じゅうよん品目ひんもくで、それぞれ30さんじゅっ点てん以上いじょうを調査ちょうさしました

Based on the survey results, we estimated the amount of PFAS intake, and found that even if we eat these foods on an average diet, it does not exceed the estimated daily intake, and that ”it is thought to be in a situation where there is no health impact.”

調査ちょうさ結果けっかをもとにPFASの摂取せっしゅ量りょうを試算しさんしたところ、平均へいきん的てきな食生活しょくせいかつでこれらの食品しょくひんを食たべても毎日まいにちの摂取せっしゅ量りょうの目安めやすを上回うわまわることはなく「健康けんこう影響えいきょうが生しょうじる状況じょうきょうにないと考かんがえられる」としています

Furthermore, due to variations in the amounts contained in some foods, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries is planning to further understand the actual situation and investigate the cause, and this year it will continue to investigate 23 new items.

そのうえで一部いちぶの食品しょくひんでは、含ふくまれる量りょうにばらつきがあったことから、農林水産省のうりんすいさんしょうはさらなる実態じったいの把握はあくや原因げんいんの調査ちょうさを進すすめることにしていて、今年度こんねんどは新あらたに23にじゅうさん品目ひんもくを追加ついかして調査ちょうさを続つづけるとしています
