マイナンバーカードと保険証を一体化させた「マイナ保険証」に、別人の診察データがひも付けられたケースがあることが分かりました。
加藤厚労大臣は「一斉にチェックをしている」と明らかにしました。
厚労省によりますと、「マイナ保険証」を病院で提示した際に別人の情報がひも付いていて、他人の診察データを含む個人情報を閲覧できるケースがこれまでに5件確認されているということです。
「入力時におけるミスがあって、マイナンバーカードにそれ以外の人の情報がくっついていたというケースだと認識をしておりまして、今、起きてるやつは是正をし、それから起こらないようにこれからも注意をしていく」
厚労省は、保険組合などがデータ登録を行う機関に被保険者のマイナンバーを間違えて伝えるなどした事務処理上の誤りが原因だとしています。
