回転ずしチェーン「スシロー」が宣伝していたウニやカニを十分に提供できなかったのは「おとり広告」にあたるとして再発防止を命じられました。

消費者庁によりますと、「あきんどスシロー」は去年9月から12月にかけ全国およそ600店舗でウニやカニのキャンペーン販売を実施し、ウェブサイトやCMで宣伝しました。　
According to the Consumer Affairs Agency, "Akindo Sushiro" ran a campaign to sell sea urchins and crabs at about 600 stores nationwide from September to December last year, and advertised them on its website and ads.
しかし、この間、実際には十分な量のウニやカニを用意できなかったとして一日以上ウニやカニを提供しない店舗が全体のおよそ9割で確認されたということです。

消費者庁は景品表示法の「おとり広告」にあたると判断し、再発防止などを命じました。

あきんどスシローは「命令を真摯に受け止め、再発防止に努めて参ります」とコメントしています。
"We will strictly abide by the ban and not let this happen again," said Akindo Sushiro.
