東京ガスはCO2排出量を2040年に6割削減することなどを盛り込んだ脱炭素化の実現に向けたロードマップを公表しました。
Tokyo Gas has announced a roadmap to achieving its decarbonization goals, including a 60% reduction in CO2 emissions by 2040.

東京ガスのロードマップでは、2040年にCO2の排出量を2022年度に比べて6割削減する数値目標を掲げています。　
Tokyo Gas' roadmap sets a quantitative target of reducing CO2 emissions by 60% by 2040 compared to 2022.
達成に向けてCO2を原料にした合成メタンで、都市ガスの主成分となる「e－メタン」の導入を2030年代で10倍以上に拡大させることを目指します。　
To achieve this goal, they aim to increase the use of e-methane, a synthetic methane produced from CO2 and the main component of city gas, by more than 10-fold by the 2030s.
また、アメリカのごみ埋立地で発生したガスをもとにしたバイオメタンの輸入を始めたことも明らかにしました。　
The company also announced that it has begun importing biomethane, produced from gas generated in US landfills.
今後、数千億円規模の投資を行う計画です。
They plan to invest hundreds of billions of yen in the future.
