今日から「秋の全国交通安全運動」が始まります。
“National Traffic Safety Campaign Autumn” starts today.
テレビ朝日本社近くでも出動式が行われました。　
An announcement ceremony was also held near TV Asahi.
テレビ朝日本社前でマスコットのゴーちゃんが見守るなか行われたのは、警視庁麻布署の出動式です。　
The Azabu Metropolitan Police Department's dispatch ceremony was held in front of TV Asahi, with the mascot Go-chan watching.
「モペットの利用者に対して法規制を周知するとともに、交通ルール順守を徹底する。そして悪質な違反者に対しては、看過することなく取り締まりを行って頂きたい」

ペダル付き電動自転車の「モペット」など、新しい交通手段の事故が増えていて、麻布署も対策を強化しています。　
Accidents involving new vehicles, such as motorcycles and electric bicycles with pedals, are on the rise, and the Azabu Police Department is also strengthening its countermeasures.
30日までの秋の全国交通安全運動では、交通ルール順守などを重点に取り締まる予定で出動式では白バイ隊員らが一斉に取り締まりに向かいました。
