秋篠宮さまが広島市で開催されている「全国ろうあ者大会」の式典で「皆が安心して暮らせる社会が築かれることを祈念します」と手話を用いながらお言葉を述べられました。　
At the "National Congress for the Deaf" held in Hiroshima city, Prince Fumihito said, "I pray for the building of a society where everyone can live in peace" in sign language.
「様々な障害に対する理解がさらに深まり皆が安心して暮らせる社会が築かれることを祈念し・・・」　
"I pray that we will deepen our understanding of the various obstacles and build a society where everyone can feel secure living..."
秋篠宮ご夫妻は昨日に広島入りされました。　
Prince Fumihito and his wife arrived in Hiroshima yesterday.
絵画などの作品展を鑑賞された際には作者から手話で説明を受け、紀子さまが手話でやりとりされる場面もありました。　
When enjoying works such as hand-painted paintings, they were explained by the author's meaning through sign language, and Princess Kiko also exchanged words in sign language.
秋篠宮ご一家は障がい者福祉に力を注がれていて、次女の佳子さまは午後に東京で開かれる障がい者のダンス大会をご覧になる予定です。
Prince Fumihito's family is focusing on the welfare of the disabled, and their second daughter, Princess Kako, is planning to watch a dance competition for the disabled in Tokyo in the afternoon.
