ANAグループは新型コロナウイルスによる業績不振を受けて来年度、入社する社員の採用を700人ほどにとどめていました。
ANA Group only hired about 700 employees to join the company next year due to inefficient performance due to the new corona virus.
感染の収束の見通しが立たないことから、再来年に入社する予定の新卒採用もパイロットなど一部職種の200人程度に絞ることを決めました。
Since there was no forecast for the infection to subside, they have decided to limit the number of new graduates who will join the company in the next two years to around 200 in certain occupations such as pilots.
客室乗務員の採用は来年度、再来年度ともにゼロになる見通しです。
