アメリカのバイデン大統領は、上下両院で可決した2024年度の予算案に署名し、成立しました。
President Biden of the United States signed into law the fiscal year 2024 budget bill that was passed by both houses of Congress.
懸念されていた政府機関の閉鎖は回避されました。

議会上院が23日未明、2024年度の予算案のうち成立していなかった国防総省や国土安全保障省などに関わる6本の法案を可決したことを受け、バイデン大統領は即日で署名し、成立しました。　
At dawn on the 23rd, the Senate passed 6 bills related to the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security that had not been passed in the 2024 budget bill, and President Biden signed them into law on the same day.
成立した予算は総額1兆2000億ドル＝日本円でおよそ180兆円規模に上ります。　
The total enacted budget is 1.2 trillion dollars, equivalent to about 180 trillion Japanese yen.
「つなぎ予算」の失効に伴って懸念されていた政府機関の閉鎖は回避されました。　
A government shutdown, which was supposed to be due to the expiration of the bridge budget, was averted.
バイデン大統領は声明で「議会の仕事はまだ終わっていない」と述べ、共和党の反発で今回の予算とは切り離されたウクライナ支援を巡る予算確保などに向けて、議会に行動を起こすよう呼び掛けました。
President Biden said in a statement, "Congress's work is not done" and called on Congress to take action, including securing funding for aid to Ukraine, which was ripped out of the current budget due to Republican opposition.
