The following is China's response to the phone call between the Japanese and Chinese foreign ministers.
中国外務省の発表によりますと、秦外相は、日本側に「歴史や台湾の問題などで、言動を慎しんでほしい」と述べ、
According to the Chinese Foreign Ministry's announcement, Minister Qin told the Japanese side: "I wish the Japanese side to be cautious in its words and actions regarding the history and issue of Taiwan."
防衛費の増額などを念頭に「軍事安全保障分野で慎重な行動を求める」と主張しました。　
regarding the issue of increasing defense spending, he stressed, "We call for prudent action in the field of military security."
尖閣諸島については、「右翼勢力の挑戦を制止してほしい」と要求しています。　
Regarding the Senkaku Islands, he asked the right-wing forces to stop challenging.
さらに、日本がアメリカの対中半導体規制などに協力を示していることを念頭に、
Also, regarding Japan's cooperation with US restrictions on semiconductors in China,
「国際貿易ルールと自国の長期的利益を守る観点から、市場原理と自由開放の精神を維持してほしい」と訴えました。　
“From the perspective of protecting international trade rules and our own long-term interests, I want you to uphold the spirit of market principles and openness,” he said.
また、今年が日中平和友好条約の締結45周年であると指摘し、
This year marks the 45th anniversary of the signing of the Treaty of Peace and Friendship between Japan and China,
「デジタル経済や環境、生産・供給網の安定維持」などの分野で、協力を深めたい考えです。
he also hopes to strengthen cooperation in areas such as "digital economy, environment and maintaining the stability of production and supply networks".
