能登半島地震の影響で断水が続く石川県内灘町で、名産の「内灘餅」の製造が再開されました。

内灘町のふるさと納税の返礼品でもある地元の米とピーナッツを使ったおやつ「内灘餅」は、断水の影響で米を研げず、1日から製造ができていませんでした。　
Uchinada mochi, a snack made from local rice and peanuts that is also a tax return gift from Uchinada Town, has not been manufactured since the 1st because the water supply was cut off and the rice could not be polished.
ただ、注文は入り続けていたため、製造している農家の男性は作業場と給水所を軽トラックで何度も往復して水を運び、18日から製造を再開しました。

しかし、米を作る田んぼは地割れと液状化で大きな被害を受けています。

「とにかく復活するような体制に持っていかないと、田んぼをやめるとかは一切考えていなくて、何とかうまい具合に直してやりたいなとは思っているんです」
