フィリピンが南シナ海のスカボロー礁で巡視船が中国の公船に接近されたと非難したことに対し、中国外務省は「中国固有の領土だ」と反発しました。　
In response to the Philippines' accusation that the patrol boat approached a Chinese official ship on Scarborough Shoal in the South China Sea, the Chinese Foreign Ministry replied: "It is a special territory of China."
フィリピンの沿岸警備隊は27日、今月2日にスカボロー礁周辺の海域で中国海警局の船がフィリピンの巡視船に対して意図的に接近したと非難しました。　
On the 27th, the Philippine Coast Guard alleged that the Chinese Coast Guard vessel intentionally approached a Philippine patrol boat in the waters around Scarborough Reef on the 2nd of this month.
スカボロー礁は中国が実効支配し、フィリピンも領有権を主張しています。　
China claims control over the reef and the Philippines also claims it.
これに対し、中国外務省は28日の会見で「スカボロー礁は中国固有の領土であり、主権や管轄権を有している」と主張しました。　
In response, China's foreign ministry asserted at a press conference on the 28th that "Scaboro Reef is China's special territory and has sovereign rights and jurisdiction."
さらに、フィリピンに対し「中国の主権を尊重し中国の国内法と国際法を守り、航行を妨害しない」よう求めました。
He also urged the Philippines to "respect China's sovereignty, abide by China's domestic and international law, and not interfere in navigation."
