フィリピン政府は南シナ海を航行していた補給船が中国海警局の船に妨害行為を受けて衝突されたとして、「違法な行動だ」などと強く非難しました。　
The Philippine government strongly condemned the "illegal behavior" of a supply ship sailing in the South China Sea, which was intercepted and collided with a ship of the China Maritime Police Bureau. 　
フィリピン政府によりますと、22日朝、南シナ海のアユンギン礁近くを航行していたフィリピンの補給船に中国海警局の船が衝突しました。　
According to the Philippine government, on the morning of the 22nd, a Chinese Coast Guard ship collided with a Philippine supply ship moving near Ayungin Reef in the East Sea.
補給船は、軍の拠点へ物資などを届ける任務にあたっていたということです。　
Supply ships are tasked with providing supplies to military bases.
フィリピン政府は「中国側の危険かつ無責任で違法な行動を最も強いレベルで非難する」との声明を出しています。　
The Philippine government issued a statement saying: "We condemn in the strongest terms the dangerous, irresponsible and illegal actions of the Chinese side."
一方、中国政府は「フィリピン船は中国の警告を無視し、危険な態度で船に接近して衝突を引き起こした。責任はすべてフィリピンにある」などとしています。
On the other hand, the Chinese government stated: “The Philippine ship ignored China's warnings and dangerously approached the ship, causing a collision. The Philippines must bear all responsibility."

フィリピン政府は南シナ海を航行していた補給船が中国海警局の船に妨害行為を受けて衝突されたとして、「違法な行動だ」などと強く非難しました。
