富山市では恐竜の着ぐるみで激走する「ティラノサウルスレース」が行われました。　
In Toyama City, a “Tyrannosaurus Race” was held, where people raced in dinosaur costumes.
富山市の山間部に位置する「おおやま地域」は、これまでに恐竜の足跡が500点以上見つかるなど、日本有数の「足跡化石」の産地です。　
The Oyama region, located in the mountainous area of Toyama city, is one of Japan's top producers of fossil footprints, with more than 500 dinosaur footprints found to date.
恐竜の町として地域を盛り上げようとティラノサウルスレースが開催され、大小さまざまな色のティラノサウルスがレースに参加しました。
A Tyrannosaurus race was held to promote the area as a dinosaur town, and Tyrannosaurus rex of various sizes and colors participated in the race.
「サウナスーツみたいな感じで、待機時間もすごく大変でした。でも最後、勝てて良かったです」
"It was like a sauna suit and the waiting time was really difficult. But in the end, I'm glad I won."
「めちゃくちゃ暑かったですね。走りにくかったです。汗だくですね、もう」

タマゴの部では、小学生未満の子どもたちが、手作りのかぶり物や衣装を着てかわいらしい恐竜になりきって参加するなど、子どもから大人まで350人が恐竜づくしの1日を楽しみました。
In the egg section, 350 children and adults enjoyed a day full of dinosaurs, including children under elementary school age who participated by dressing up as cute dinosaurs in handmade headgear and costumes.
