「世界ALSデー」の今日、オープンしたカフェは重い障害や難病を持つ人が自宅や病院にいながら店員として働きます。　
Today on "World ALS Day", the cafe is open allowing people with severe disabilities and terminal illnesses to be at home or in the hospital while still working as a shop assistant.
50人の店員は交代で分身ロボットを遠隔操作してコーヒーを入れたり、接客、配膳などを行います。　
50 salespeople take turns remotely controlling the replacement robots to make coffee, serve customers, and serve food.
「誰かの夢につながるようバトンをつなげていけるように、そんなカフェにしていきたい」

このような分身ロボットカフェはこれまでに4回期間限定で運営されましたが、今回、店員の安定的な雇用のため初めて常設での営業に踏み切ったということです。
