韓国の脱北者団体が再び北朝鮮に向けてビラを付けた風船を飛ばしたと明らかにしました。　
脱北者団体「自由北韓運動連合」は20日夜に北部の京畿道坡州市でビラ30万枚のほか、ドラマ「冬のソナタ」や大衆音楽を保存したUSBメモリ5000個などを20個の風船に付けて北朝鮮に飛ばしたと明らかにしました。　
ビラには韓国国旗とともに「民族唯一の祖国『大韓民国』は北朝鮮人民を愛しています」とメッセージが添えられています。　
ビラ散布を巡っては、強く反発する北朝鮮が「汚物風船」を韓国に向けて飛ばし、
韓国側は対抗措置として境界地域での宣伝放送を再開させるなど南北の応酬に発展していて、北朝鮮のさらなる反発も懸念されます。
