無料通話アプリ「LINE」で12日に発生した通信障害で、LINEはメッセージの既読表示にも不具合が起きていたことを明らかにしました。　
Due to a signal transmission error that occurred on the 12th on the free calling app "LINE", they also reported that there was a “read display” error for the messages.
12日午後3時ごろ、約1時間にわたってLINE上でメッセージの送信や通話ができなくなりました。　
At about 3 p.m on the 12th, users were unable to send messages or make calls on LINE for about an hour.
LINEによりますと、その後、まだ送信されていないメッセージに「既読」の表示が付いたりグループトークへの参加ができなくなったりする障害も起きていたと明らかにしました。　
According to LINE, there was also an error that messages were not sent but were marked as "read" and users were unable to participate in group chats.
現在は解消しています。

また、利用に支障はないものの一部の機能で今も復旧作業を急いでいるものがあるということです。

原因について、国内のデータセンターのメンテナンス作業でネットワークやサーバー機器の電源を誤って停止してしまったためとしています。
The reason is that the power supply of the network system and server equipment was accidentally disconnected during the maintenance of the data center in Japan.
