同意を得ずに顧客の非公開情報を共有したなどとして、証券取引等監視委員会が三菱UFJ銀行などに対して行政処分を行うよう金融庁に勧告する方向で検討していることが分かりました。
The Securities and Exchange Commission is considering recommending that the Financial Services Agency take administrative action against Mitsubishi UFJ Bank and other companies for sharing non-public customer information without permission.
法律では、銀行とグループ内の証券会社が、顧客の同意を得ずに非公開情報をやり取りすることを制限する、いわゆる「ファイアーウォール規制」が設けられています。　
The law provides for “firewall regulations” that restrict the exchange of non-public information between the bank and the brokerage firms in its group without the consent of the customer. 　
複数の関係者によりますと、三菱UFJ銀行はこの規制に違反して、同意を得ずに顧客の非公開情報を同じグループの三菱UFJモルガン・スタンレー証券などと共有した疑いなどがあるということです。　
According to many sources, Mitsubishi UFJ Bank is suspected of violating this regulation by sharing non-public information about customers without their consent with Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities, a member of the same group.
証券取引等監視委員会は、早ければ来週にも三菱UFJ銀行などに対して行政処分を行うよう、金融庁に勧告するとみられています。
The Securities and Exchange Commission is expected to recommend that the Financial Services Agency take administrative action against Mitsubishi UFJ Bank and other banks as early as next week.

同意を得ずに顧客の非公開情報を共有したなどとして、証券取引等監視委員会が三菱UFJ銀行などに対して行政処分を行うよう金融庁に勧告する方向で検討していることが分かりました。
