本日、アーティスティックに名前を変えていくテーマはこちらです。

ヨガのポーズについてですね、アーティスティックに名前を変えていきたいと思います。
For yoga poses, I'd like to change their names artistically.
まず初めのポーズ、こちらですね。

はい、弓のポーズと言います。

弓のポーズということは、多分、構えるとしたら、こういう感じになると思います。
