カナダ東部・モントリオールの空港で、旅客機の近くで給水車が炎上し、危うく大惨事となるところでした。　
A water truck nearly caused a catastrophe when it caught fire near an airliner at the airport in Montreal, eastern Canada. 　
地元メディアによりますと、モントリオール国際空港で9日午後、到着したエア・カナダの旅客機に整備のために近付いた給水車から突然、火が出て燃え上がりました。　
According to local media, a water truck approaching an arriving Air Canada airliner for maintenance suddenly caught fire and burst into flames at the Montreal International Airport on the afternoon of the 9.
火の手は、たちまち旅客機に迫り、黒い煙が機体を包みます。　
Flames quickly approached the plane and black smoke enveloped the plane.
化学消防車が現場に駆け付け、放水しながら機体に近付くと、火は数分で消し止められ、けが人はなかったということです。　
Chemical fire trucks arrived at the scene and approached the plane, spraying water, and within minutes the fire was extinguished and no one was injured.
別の旅客機の乗客が撮影した映像には、炎上した給水車と、すすで黒くなった機体後部、それに全開になったドアが映っていました。　
Footage captured by passengers on another plane showed a burning water tank, soot covered the back of the plane and a door open.
この旅客機は、スイス・ジュネーブから到着し、乗客は乗員の案内で無事に飛行機を降りられたということです。
The passenger plane arrived from Geneva, Switzerland and the passengers were able to get off the plane safely with the guidance of the crew.
