坦々そぼろのかた焼きそうめんを作ります
We're going to make crisp-fried somen noodle with dandan soboro sauce
水を適量をフライパンに入れて沸かし、そうめん3束を入れ、袋の表示時間通りゆでます
Add water to a frying pan and boil it, add 3 bundles of somen noodles and boil according to the time on the package
水気を切りましょう
Drain the water
フライパンの水気をキッチンペーパーでふき取り
Wipe the water on the frying pan with kitchen paper
ごま油大さじ2の半量入れてねします

そうめんを半量ずつ戻し入れ、丸く形を整えて広げましょう

弱めの中火で4分ほど焼き色がつくまで焼き

上下を返し、ふちから残りのごま油を回し入れます

豚ひき肉100g を同じフライパンに入れ
