労働力人口の減少などで人材獲得競争が激しくなるなか、海外にも展開するアパレル企業が世界の学生を集めたインターンシップを開催しました。　
In the context of increasingly fierce competition to secure human resources due to factors such as a reduced workforce, a garment company expanding overseas has organized an internship program for students from all over the world.
22の国と地域から5日間の日程で参加したおよそ50人の学生たちは、グループごとに企業戦略や商品開発などのテーマを選び、役員に対してプレゼンテーションを行いました。
About 50 students from 22 countries and regions participated in the five-day event, and each group chose a topic such as corporate strategy or product development and presented it to executives.
