SMBC日興証券は昨日から試験的に一部の支店ですべての従業員を対象にしたテレワークを導入し、今後3カ月かけて対象を全拠点に拡大する予定です。
SMBC Nikko Securities has temporarily introduced the remote working mode to all employees at some branch stores since yesterday, and plans to expand the target to all facilities in the next 3 months.
自宅のほか、会社が契約するサテライトオフィスや自宅近くの支店の空いた会議室などでの勤務を認め、通勤時間の短縮を目指します。
