厚生労働省は自営業の人などが加入する国民年金の保険料について、育児中は子どもが1歳になるまで免除する方針を固めました。　
The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has decided to exempt self-employed people from paying national pension insurance premiums while raising children until their children turn one year old.
育児中の保険料の免除期間を巡っては、会社員などが加入する厚生年金は男女ともに最長で子どもが3歳になるまでとなっています。　
Regarding the insurance exemption period when raising children, the maximum period of pension benefits for company employees and others for both men and women is until the child is 3 years old.
一方、自営業やフリーランスの人などが加入する国民年金は、対象が女性のみで出産する前後で合わせて4カ月となっています。
