東京の浅草と栃木県の日光や鬼怒川をつなぐ東武鉄道の新型特急「スペーシアX」が公開されました。　
まばゆいばかりに白く輝くスペーシアX。　
車体は日光東照宮の陽明門に塗られた顔料「胡粉」に着想を得た白を基調とし、窓枠には沿線の伝統工芸の鹿沼組子をイメージしたデザインが採り入れられています。　
座席は6種類あり、最上級の「コックピットスイート」は最大7人で貸し切ることができる展望席です。　
また、クラフトビールなどが提供されるカフェカウンターが設けられるなど豪華な装備が特徴です。　
運行開始は7月15日の予定で、日光へのぜいたくな旅で戻り始めた外国人観光客をさらに呼び寄せることが期待されています。
