板チョコケーキを作ります
We're going to make chocolate bar cake
ボールに卵1個、牛乳100 cc を入れよく混ぜましょう
Into a bowl, add 1 egg, 100 cc of milk and mix well
ホットケーキミックス150g
Sift 150 gram of hot cake mix
純ココア大さじ3をふるいながら加えて
3 tablespoons of pure cocoa powder into the bowl
粉気がなくなるまで混ぜます
Mix until the flour disappears
溶かした無縁バター50g
Add 50 gram of melted butter
くるみ30g を割りながら加え
Break 30 gram of walnut into small pieces and add to the mixture
さらに混ぜましょう
Mix well
型にクッキングシートを敷き
Line a cake mould with parchment paper
生地を流しいれます
Pour the batter into the mould
チョコレート2枚を置いて
Put 2 bars of chocolate on top
170度に予熱したオーブンで25分焼くいたら完成です
Preheat the oven to 170 degree and bake for 25 minutes, the cake is finished
