気象庁によりますと、14日は大雨の被災地をはじめ、西日本を中心に各地で晴れて気温が上がる見込みです。

熱中症の危険性が極めて高くなるとして、熊本県をはじめ、沖縄県から愛知県にかけての24の府と県に熱中症警戒アラートが発表されています。
A heatstroke alert has been issued for 24 prefectures, including Kumamoto and areas from Okinawa to Aichi, as the risk of heatstroke is extremely high.
エアコンを適切に使用したり、水分や塩分を補給したりするなど、熱中症への対策を徹底してください。
