アメリカのトランプ大統領は18日、ホワイトハウスで行われたウクライナのゼレンスキー大統領とヨーロッパの首脳などを交えた会合で、停戦後のウクライナへの安全の保証をめぐり、ヨーロッパが主体となり、アメリカが支援していく枠組みになるという考えを示しました。
