According to the police, a total of two people—the driver of the truck and one passenger on the highway bus—have died.

According to the fire department, there were 13 people on the highway bus, including the driver, and all of them got out of the vehicle, but several people were taken to the hospital, and at least four people are seriously injured.

The man in his 40s who filmed the video works at a company about 2 kilometers away from the scene and said, White smoke was rising for about 10 to 15 minutes, but suddenly, flames appeared from the front of the bus and the fire quickly spread in an instant.

It looked like someone who seemed to be a passenger got out of the bus and was running toward the back, they said.

Also, a man in his 50s who was near the Awa City Hall about one kilometer from the scene said, I heard a sound like something had collided, and when I went outside, I saw a bus stopped on the expressway with white smoke rising.

After a while, there was a loud noise and the bus caught fire, he said.
