A dam at the Kahouka Hydroelectric Power Station in Kherson Oblast, southern Ukraine, collapsed, causing a large-scale flood. A total of about 2,600 buildings were announced to have been flooded.

President Zelensky has clarified on SNS that ``I conveyed the humanitarian and environmental impacts of Russian terrorism,’’ and as President Erdogan, he seems to want to break through the situation by embarking on mediation himself.
