He left the ISS at 3:21 am EST on the 30th with Russian astronauts Anton Shkaplerov and Pyotr Dubrov.

The Soyuz MS-19 carrying three people descended on a parachute at 7:28 am on the same day and landed on the plains of Kazakhstan.
