Supporting Young Female Researchers Presenting the ”Marie Curie Prize”
There was a ceremony in Tokyo on the 16th to present the ”Marie Curie Prize” to support young female researchers in Japan.
Marie Curie, the namesake of the award, was born in Poland and was the first woman to receive a Nobel Prize.
The Embassy of Poland in Japan and the Japan Science and Technology Agency created this award
This year, the most wonderful award was presented to Saki Ichikawa, a chemistry researcher at Harvard University in the United States.
