デジタル庁は国や地方自治体のシステムを共同で利用できるようにするIT基盤「ガバメントクラウド」の公募条件を緩和すると発表しました。
The Digital Agency has announced that it will ease the conditions for public participation in the "Government Cloud," an IT infrastructure that will allow national and local government systems to be used jointly.
国内企業も参入しやすくなります。

政府は、行政機関や自治体でバラバラになっているシステムの効率化やコスト削減を目的に、共通のIT基盤「ガバメントクラウド」の整備を進めています。　
The government is developing a common It platform called Government Cloud, with the aim of improving efficiency and reducing costs of various systems across administrative agencies and local governments.
これまでは公募の条件が厳しく、選定されているのはアマゾンやグーグルなどアメリカの大手IT企業4社のみでした。　
So far, the public recruitment conditions are very strict and only four major US IT companies, including Amazon and Google, have been selected.
今年度は複数の企業が共同で提供することなどを認めることで、国内企業の参入も見込まれます。
