警備会社のセコムとIT企業のディー・エヌ・エーは、ロボットを通して24時間、会話できるサービスを開発しました。
利用者が話し掛けるとオペレーターが内容にあった文章を作成し、ロボットが音声に変換して答えます。
独り暮らしの高齢者の半数は2、3日に1回しか会話していないというデータがあり、孤独を減らすことで認知や身体機能の低下といったリスクを減らしたいとしています。
アプリを使えば離れて暮らす家族がやり取りを聞いたり、内容を確認したりできるということです。
