間隔が「6カ月」だと9月末までに1940人の死者が出ていたとしています。　
If the period is "six months", the report said that 1,940 deaths had occurred by the end of September.
実際には1409人で、「5カ月」に短縮することで、高齢者を中心に3割近く死者数を抑えることができたということです。
