ANAは現在のマイレージアプリを一つのアプリの中に決済やショッピングなど様々なサービスが集約される「スーパーアプリ」にリニューアルすると発表しました。
ANAの新しいアプリはマイレージの管理だけでなく、日常生活での決済やネット通販なども取り込んだスーパーアプリを目指すとしています。
来年春には提携企業なども出店し、マイルをためやすくする一方で、決済サービスをリニューアルし、1マイル＝1円相当で日用品などを購入できるようにするということです。
新型コロナウイルスの影響で利用者が減少し、マイルはたまっても使い道がないとの声があがったことから、ANAは「航空事業以外でもマイルが使える経済圏を作りたい」としています。
スーパーアプリは中国のAliPayやWeChatなどが先行していて、日本の航空会社が参入するのは初めてです。
