左手の親指と小指に紐を掛けて、
Hanging the string over the thumb and pinky of your left hand,
一回捻ってから…
and after twisting it once,
紐の反対側を右手の親指と小指に掛けた、この構えから始めます。
hang the opposite side of the string over the thumb and pinky of your right hand. Start from this position.
右手の中指で左手の紐を下から、
(Take) the string on your left hand from below with your right middle finger.
同じように、左手の中指で右手の紐を下から取ります。
In the same way, take the string on your right hand from below with your left middle finger.
両手の人差し指、中指、薬指、小指、
The index finger, middle finger, ring finger, and pinky fingers of both hands,
この四本を折り畳んで、親指に掛かっている紐を向こう側へ抜きます。
fold over these four fingers, and then take out the string hanging on your thumbs over to the other side.
開いて、手前にある紐二本に親指を入れて、

指先を向こうへ向けながら広げると、富士山の出来上がりです。
