夏休みで親子の外出も増えるなか、ベビーカーや抱っこひもで事故が起きないよう、使い方に注意が呼び掛けられました。　
During the summer holidays, when parents take their children out more, care should be taken to avoid accidents when using strollers and slings.
これは、空気を入れすぎたベビーカーのタイヤが破裂する様子です。
This is how an overinflated stroller tire explodes.
実験では、車輪の破片がおよそ23メートル先にまで飛び散りました。
In the experiment, debris from the wheel was thrown about 23 meters away.
停車中のベビーカーに体が触れて動き出し、子どもが階段から転落したり、抱っこひもから子どもが落下してけがをしたりするケースもあったということです。
In some cases, the child's body touched the stroller while it was stopped and it started to move, causing the child to fall down the stairs, and in other cases, the child fell from the baby carrier and was injured.
2017年度からの5年間に起きたベビーカーや抱っこひもの事故は237件で、うち14件で子どもが実際にけがをしたということです。　
There were 237 stroller and sling accidents in the five years since 2017, 14 of which were actually children injured.
