中国北西部の青海省で鉄砲水が発生し16人が死亡、18人が行方不明になっています。
16 people died and 18 were missing in flash floods in Qinghai province, northwest China.
濁流にのまれた車は逆さまになり橋に引っ掛かっています。
A car was swept back by muddy water and stuck on the bridge.
現場の道路も大きく削られています。

青海省の山間部で18日、鉄砲水が発生し地元政府によりますと、付近の6つの村を襲ったということです。　
According to the local government, a flash flood occurred in the mountains of Qinghai prefecrure on the 18th, hit six nearby villages.
警察や消防など2000人態勢で救助活動にあたっていますが、これまでに住民ら16人の死亡が確認され、18人が行方不明になっています。　
2,000 police and firefighters are conducting rescue operations, but so far 16 people have been confirmed dead and 18 ones are missing.
また、家屋が流されるなど被災者は6000人以上に上っています。

気象当局によりますと、この地域では17日夜から短時間で非常に激しい雨が降っていたということです。
