警察や消防によりますと12日午前3時49分、松山市緑町で複数の近隣住民から「付近で土砂崩れが起きている」と119番通報がありました。　
According to the police and fire department, at 3:49 a.m. on the 12th, many nearby residents called 119 to report that Midori town and nearby Matsuyama city were experiencing a landslide.
木造住宅1軒が土砂崩れに巻き込まれ、現在、この家の住人と連絡が取れなくなっていて、警察関係者によりますと、行方不明になっているのは3人だということです。　
A wooden house was submerged in a landslide. It is currently impossible to contact the people in this house and according to police officials, 3 people are missing.
消防によりますと、土砂が崩れた範囲は幅およそ50メートル、高さおよそ100メートルだということです。　
According to the fire department, the collapsed area is about 50m wide and 100m high.
現場は松山市中心部にある松山城の麓で、市では、周辺の1万3226世帯、2万2062人に対して警戒レベル5の「緊急安全確保」を出し、住民に避難を呼び掛けています。
