能登半島地震からあすで4カ月となりますが、石川県の被災地ではゴールデンウィークを利用して多くの人がボランティア活動に参加しています。　
Tomorrow marks 4 months since the Noto Peninsula earthquake, and many people are taking advantage of Golden Week to participate in volunteer activities in affected areas of Ishikawa Prefecture.
地震で被災した珠洲市には、福井県や兵庫県などの他の県から多くの人がボランティアとして訪れています。　
Many people from other prefectures such as Fukui and Hyogo came to Suzu city, which was affected by the earthquake, as volunteers.
市ではゴールデンウィーク中にボランティアが増えることを想定して、被災者にニーズを調査したり、作業に使う軽トラックを増やしたりして備えたということです。
Ahead of the surge in volunteers during Golden Week, the city prepared by surveying disaster victims about their needs and increasing the number of light trucks used for work.
「ありがたいね。休みでしたいこともあっただろうけど。私だったら持てない」

また、輪島市の南志見地区には「熊本モデル」と呼ばれる木造の仮設住宅100戸が整備されました。　
In addition, 100 wooden temporary housing units known as the “Kumamoto Model” were built in the Minamishimi district of Wajima City.
「熊本モデル」は2016年の熊本地震の際に採用された仮設住宅で、プレハブタイプに比べ耐久性が高く、恒久的な住まいとしての転用が可能だということです。　
The Kumamoto model is a type of temporary housing adopted during the 2016 Kumamoto earthquake and is said to be more durable than prefabricated housing and can be converted into permanent housing.
仮設住宅には1DKから3Kの間取りが用意されていて、来月14日から入居が始まる予定です。
Temporary housing has floor plans ranging from 1DK to 3K and occupancy is expected to begin on the 14th of next month.
