東京のJR渋谷駅の工事のため、山手線は今日も外回りの大崎駅と池袋駅の間で終日運休します。

JR東日本は2015年から渋谷駅の改良工事を進めていて、今回はおよそ4000人の作業員を投入し、山手線の内回りと外回りのホームを1つにするための線路切替工事を行っています。　
JR East has been working on improvements to Shibuya Station since 2015, and this time around 4,000 workers are working on converting the tracks to unify the inner and outer foundation of the Yamanote Line.
このため、昨日と今日の2日間、外回りの大崎から渋谷、新宿、池袋の間を運休し、池袋から東京、大崎の間は本数を大幅に減らしています。
