「ローソン」は冷やし麺など糖質を抑えた夏向けの商品、5種類を発表しました。
"Lawson" announced five types of summer products such as cold noodles with less sugar.
冷やし茶漬けは白米ではなく、「もち麦」と「カリフラワー」が使われています。
"Mochi mugi" and "cauliflower" are used for chilled chazuke in place of steamed rice.
冷やし麺は麺に使う小麦粉を減らして食物繊維などに置き換え、風味を損なわないように「でんぷん」などの配合や麺の厚みを工夫した専用の麺を新たに開発しました。
For cold noodles, they reduced the amount of flour used and replaced it with fiber, and developed a new special noodle made with a combination of "starch" and thickness of noodles so as not to spoil the taste.
新型コロナウイルスで長引く巣ごもり生活に伴って健康志向が高まっていることから、各社はパンやお菓子、飲料などにも糖質オフのラインナップを広げています。
