札幌市が断念した2030年冬のオリンピック・パラリンピック開催を目指して、フランスが大会招致計画をIOCに提出しました。

フランスのオリンピック委員会などは7日、2030年冬のオリンピック・パラリンピックの招致計画をIOCに提出したと発表しました。
