消費者心理を表す指数が3カ月連続で悪化し、基調判断も2カ月連続で下方修正されました。　
The index for consumer sentiment deteriorated for the third consecutive month, and the underlying tone was revised downward for the second consecutive month. 　
内閣府が発表した11月の消費動向調査で、消費者心理を表す指数は前の月より1.3ポイント低い28.6と3カ月連続で悪化しました。　
In the November consumer sentiment survey released by the Cabinet Office, the consumer sentiment index deteriorated for the third consecutive month to 28.6, 1.3 points lower than the previous month.
「今後の暮らし向き」などすべての調査項目が悪化していますが、特に「耐久消費財の買い時が半年後に良くなるか」を聞いた指数は、3カ月連続で過去最低を更新しました。　
All survey items such as "future living conditions" deteriorated, but the index asking "whether times to buy durable consumer goods will improve in half a year" fell to a record low for the third consecutive month.
基調判断も新型コロナの感染拡大が始まった2019年以来となる「弱まっている」に下方修正されています。　
The keynote of the speech was also revised down to "weakened" for the first time since 2019, when the corona virus began to spread.
一方、「物価が1年後に5％以上上昇する」と答えた人の割合は64.1％で、過去最高となりました。
On the other hand, 64.1% of respondents answered that “prices will increase by 5% or more next year”, the highest ever.

消費者心理を表す指数が3カ月連続で悪化し、基調判断も2カ月連続で下方修正されました。
