東京オリンピック・パラリンピックの1周年を記念するセレモニーが開かれ、小池都知事は大会の意義を強調しました。　
At a ceremony held to commemorate the first anniversary of the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics, Tokyo Governor Koike emphasized the significance of the Games. 　
セレモニーはメイン会場となった国立競技場で行われ、小池都知事や組織委員会の橋本元会長をはじめ、多くのアスリートやボランティアらが参加しました。　
The ceremony was held at the National Stadium, the main venue of the event, and was attended by Governor Koike, former Organizing Committee Chairman Hashimoto, and many athletes and volunteers.
東京大会はコロナ禍で史上初の1年延期、無観客となるなど異例尽くしとなりました。
The Tokyo Olympics were postponed for the first time in history due to the coronavirus pandemic, which has since become a rare event without spectators.
「共生社会の実現、サステナブルな社会への道筋。大会は多くのレガシーを残しています」　
“Events are a path to a more symbiotic and sustainable society. The tournament has also left a lot of legacies.”
小池都知事は「とても厳しいなかでの運営だった」と振り返りながら、「レガシーとして前へ進めていきたい」と話しました。　
Governor Koike highlighted the "efforts to operate under very difficult circumstances" and said "the desire to move forward as a legacy".
今後は新たに建設した競技施設をどう活用し、維持していくかが課題となります。
In the future, the problem will be how to use and maintain the newly built competition facilities.
