このうち、日本への関税率は15％と、日米交渉で合意した内容となっていて、アメリカ東部時間の8月7日午前0時すぎ、日本時間の7日午後1時すぎに、発動するとしています
Of these, the tariff rate for Japan is set at 15%, in line with the agreement reached in the Japan-U.S. negotiations, and it is scheduled to take effect shortly after midnight on August 7th Eastern Time in the U.S., which is shortly after 1:00 p.m. on August 7th Japan Time.
一方、自動車への25％の追加関税をめぐっては、従来の税率とあわせて15％に引き下げることで合意していますが、いつ引き下げられるのかは明らかにされておらず、日本政府は合意の速やかな実施を強く求めています

U.S. Treasury Secretary Bessent stated regarding the Japan-U.S. agreement that Japans implementation would be evaluated quarterly, and added, If President Trump is dissatisfied, the tariff rate on automobiles and other products will likely revert to 25%.
