道頓堀川沿いの建物から黒い煙とともに、赤い炎が激しく立ち上る様子が確認できます。

撮影した40代の男性は「観光をしていたら衝撃音が響き、音がした方を振り返ると激しく火が出ていて、煙も上がっていた。
The man in his 40s who took the photo said, While I was sightseeing, a loud bang echoed. When I turned around toward the sound, there was a fierce fire and smoke was rising.

18日午前9時50分ごろ大阪 中央区の道頓堀に面した7階建てのビルの1階から火が出たと近くの店の従業員から消防に通報がありました。
At around 9:50 a.m. on the 18th, an employee of a nearby store reported to the fire department that a fire had broken out on the first floor of a seven-story building facing Dotonbori in Chuo Ward, Osaka.
消防車など51台とヘリコプター1機が出動して消火活動が進められていますが、これまでのところ隣接する建物と合わせて40平方メートルが焼けたということです。
51 fire engines and other vehicles, as well as one helicopter, have been dispatched to fight the fire, and so far, a total of 40 square meters, including adjacent buildings, have been burned.
午前10時ごろに上空から撮影した映像ではビルの建物の中から火が出ていて、消防が放水している様子がわかります。

また、周辺には煙が立ちこめていて、建物の周囲では警察が立ち入りを規制しています。

警察によりますと、これまでに近くにいた女性1人が病院に搬送されました。

また、出動していた消防隊員1人も搬送されましたが、2人とも意識はあるということです。
